In the name of Jesus Christ, our Savior, St. Michael's Parish community welcomes all to be united with us through the Eucharist and to share the fruits of a caring Catholic Christian community of faith.

We, the parishioners of St. Michael's , shall proclaim the Gospel of Jesus by being His disciples. We will be inclusive in this diverse community to inspire, renew, and serve each other through lively worship, life-long formation, community building, evangelization, and the sharing of our time, talent, and treasure.

Archbishop Paul Pei of Shenyang, China, visited the Brooklyn Diocese and visited with priests who serve the Chinese Apostolate in Brooklyn and Queens. He celebrated Mass with Bishop Nicholas DiMarzio and Auxiliary Bishop James Massa at the Chancery Chapel during his stay. He is shown with priests of the Chinese Apostolate, including Father John Vesey, pastor of St. Michael’s, Flushing, who served several years in Shenyang with Archbishop Pei.
